Steven B. Bain

Steve Bain is currently the CEO of Retail Channel Partners, an investment, management and franchise support company. Steve has worked in the wireless and consumer technology products and services industry for 28 years. Steve was a co-founder, CEO and president of Simply Mac, a chain of retail stores selling Apple products and services across the United States that was founded in 2006. Simply Mac was sold to GameStop in November of 2013. Steve remained on as CEO and president of Simply Mac after the sale and later worked as the SVP of Business Development for GameStop’s Technology Brands Division. Steve served as a member of the National Reseller Advisory Board for Apple from 2008 – 2016 and as the chairman of this board from 2012 – 2016.

Steve also worked for T-Mobile USA for 4 years where he served as the Channel Director of National Retail Field Sales, managing over 6,000 national retail and prepaid locations across the country. Prior to T-Mobile, Bain worked as Director of Business Development and Vice President of Retail Sales at ePhones. He was co-founder and president of Utah Cellular and Communications, the first chain of Cellular One/AT&T Wireless retail dealer locations in the Salt Lake market.

Steve received an MBA and a BA in Finance from the University of Utah. Steve and his wife Brooke live in Sandy, UT and have four children.
